Prepare and Submit your 2025 DX Marathon entry

Start by uploading ADIF files, a Scoresheet as described in the Data Formats page.

Then you will be able to select and review your QSOs for each Entity and Zone before completing your information and submitting your entry.

You can also load a past year XML submission file to review your previous entry.

Notes

  • Your QSOs will be grouped by Entity and Zone and the first one will be suggested as selected. It might not be the best one, and it might even be on the wrong entity, so please review each selection before submitting.
  • This tool might not do the best job at selecting the right QSOs for your entry. YOU are responsible for each final selection.
  • You can start editing your entry and come back later to continue. You can even upload additional or updated ADIF files later. You can also submit your entry multiple times, and only the last one will be considered.
  • This tool keeps all the data locally on your browser until you send your submission. If you clear your browser's cache, you will lose your data and will have to load your ADIF files again and recheck your selections.
  • This tool works best if you provide an ADIF file containing ALL of your QSOs for the year with all possible fields. At a minimum, it should include QSO_DATE, TIME_ON, CALL, BAND, and MODE. If it includes DXCC or CQZ fields, we take them at face value, if not, we do simple callsign prefix matching, but this will be less accurate.
  • For WAE/CQ Entities, If your ADIF log includes “region” information, it will take precedence. Otherwise, we will look for specific callsigns for UN Vienna, prefixes for European Turkey, and IOTA references for Sicily, African Italy Islands, Bear Island and Shetland Islands. You might have to manually select other callsigns for the right entity.
  • If you run into any issues, please email ki2d@ki2d.net with any relevant details.
